Call our office for pricing and talk directly with Janis at no charge. We charge $100 for a complete consultation and you do not have a strict time limit for the meeting. If you decide to sign a contract within 30 days after your consultation, we use your $100 payment as a credit towards your attorney fees after signing.
We schedule consultations Monday through Friday between 12:00 pm and 4:00 pm. We are fortunate enough to have a private indoor garden where we conduct our in-person meetings. We can also schedule a phone call or Zoom meeting.

A consultation with Attorney Janis Peterson-Lord is an opportunity to meet with an experienced lawyer, identify and discuss all aspects of your case, outline a strategy to achieve your goals, and explain the timeline, fees, and next steps you can expect.
Fixed fees
Our legal services are offered under a reasonable fixed fee basis. Under this arrangement clients know what to expect to pay and can budget without fear of cost to seek legal representation.
